Montelobos Tobola Mezcal

An artisanal mezcal from Montelobos that is made exclusively with Tobala agave that has been roasted in an underground pit and fermented in wooden tanks. Aromas of lemon, liquorice, green pepper, pear and peppery spice fill the nose, complemented by notes of basil, roasted figs, macadamia nuts and garden herbs throughout the palate.
